Odallus is a classic exploration/action game, inspired by Ghosts’n Goblins, Demon’s Crest and Castlevania. Player takes place of Haggis, a warrior tired of fight who must wield his sword once more to rescue his son from Darkness.

The gameplay of Odallus is really up my alley, but I don't think I'm a fan of the increasing price of all shop items. A 1-up costs 50 soul orbs in the shop, but after you buy one, the price rises to 60, then 70, etc., and as far as I can tell, there's no end to the increasing price. In many ways, video game Odallus: The Dark Call might prove to be somewhat difficult or hard to complete for players of any kind. Any experienced gamer of Metroidvania games sub genre or an inexperienced, casual newcomer to the Action games genre altogether, might encounter some obstacles in Odallus: The Dark Call game or game of similar style.
